Do NOT be disheartened. Your body is re-adjusting itself and you will find that before too long your goal weight will be just a celery-stick away!!! Keep up the good work!
Give that scale next time a good kick from me. It's simply one annoying scale that tries to tease you to no end...lol. And I think Bronny is quite right and on the point.
You should get to choose your goal weight. But if you find yourself avoiding the scale (and meetings) tell them you want to do maintenance. My sister got within 5 lbs and sort of left the program. The second time she went on maintenance and lost the extra five pounds later. Make the program work for you!

It WILL happen Dani! You've done amazingly well so far, keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteThese plateau phases are sometimes very long. But in the end it will happen.
ReplyDeleteYou will get there, I am certain. PL is looking great, not too much more to do!!
ReplyDeleteYou will, you've already accomplished so much - give your body a little time to adjust.
ReplyDeleteYou'll get there. I remember it took my sister for what seemed like forever to reach those last pounds. Tell them to get a new scale! LOL
ReplyDeleteI'll happen for you. It may be later rather than sooner, but it will happen. :)
ReplyDeleteYou will get to your goal weight Dani...at the end it's always harder to lose the last few. Hang in there!

You will make it...I just know you will. It's the last few that give the hardest time I think! Hang in there!
ReplyDeleteThe answer is YES!! now don't you get discouraged...you've worked too darn hard. You WILL reach "goal weight" Dani...and you're sooo close:)
ReplyDeleteDon't worry Dani, next week it will go better.
ReplyDeleteI think more important is YOUR idea of goal weight!!! Hang in there!

ReplyDeleteHey now, skinny girl, chin up. That ole scale will move when it wants to. In the mean time, stitch with enthusiasm :)
ReplyDeleteMy scale moved but in the wrong direction!!
ReplyDeleteIt will happen Dani - just keep on doing what you're doing. :0)
ReplyDeleteDon't give up!!! You are doing so good! And at least it did not move up in weight!!
ReplyDeleteYou've done so well for so long I know you loose the rest .. just be patient :)
ReplyDeleteYES, you will! It's going to move! Better the same than moving up.
