My New Stash.
By this time it was well into the afternoon and all three of us were hungry!
Claire was enjoying Hungry's company.
Hungry also kept us away from the very tempting dessert menu.
After lunch the storm clouds started to roll in, but we went to the beach anyhow! We were there for maybe 15 minutes when the first drops of rain started to come down. I got a few photos and a quick swim in the Atlantic Ocean.
We plan on going back to the beach tomorrow, this time earlier in the day, and to spend a few hours out there.
Did you know that deep down inside Hungry is a Trekkie? He was having too much fun with Claire's husband's memorabilia collection.

Good to know you are having some quality time with your friend Claire ... just a note for future reference: here in the oh so terribly snobby Northeast US, we deem Trekkies as mere fans whereas serious followers of the Star Trek franchise are known as Trekkers. As to the bikini: you've worked hard to meet your goal weight ... so I say "go for it" ... now I, on the other hand, will NOT be letting it all hang out when I reach goal ... there's just something about being a late 50-something and having stretch marks from three children that mitigates against such a course ... it's all about aesthetics ... and consideration for anyone within viewing distance!

Dani, You are looking great!! You have posted a wonderful picture log of your recent travels and activities. It was nice to see what you are doing and to see pictures of some of the wonderful ladies I met up in Brighton a few years ago. It is hard for me to believe that was three or four years ago already. I am trying to get into blog reading instead of the BBs since there is not much going on there anymore. I hope the remainder of your trip is fun filled.
