After my ornament finish on the weekend I kept going with the ornaments Saturday and Sunday. I stitched up these two freebies I found via another blog ... unfortunately I don't remember where so I don't have any links to share with you.
Noel Freebie

Stitched on: 18ct Cork Linen
Merry Christmas Freebie
Unknown Source
Stitched on : 28ct Antique Green Jazlyn
Stitched with: DMC
If I find any stitching time this week, I'll pull out my current WIPs and plug away at them!
Those are lovely ornaments ... and isn't it satisfying to have a few small finishes when you are concentrating on larger projects for the most part? I seem to remember that you usually make several dozen ornaments every year as gifts for friends and colleagues. I look forward to seeing your selections.
The freebies are copyrighted to Sandy at Log Cabin Needleworks (www.smalltownstitchin.blogspot.com) and can be found here: http://smalltownstitchin.blogspot.com/search/label/Merry%20Christmas
Very cute. I like how the gold shaded on the Noel.
ReplyDeleteGreat ornament finishes! They are by Log Cabin Needleworks and Sandy's blog is called Small Town Stitchin.
