Well I hit my first speed bump in my Weight Watchers journey. I knew it had to happen eventually, but still wasn't happy about it. Over the last week I gained 1/2 of a pound. Realistaclly this isn't a big deal, I'm mainly pissed because now I'm 1lbs away from a 10lbs loss... where before I was 1/2 a lbs away from it. I was so sure I lost again this week.
Needless to say I'm pretty sure I know where I went off track last week and I will chagne that for this week!
Tonight I started my last model... so no stitching to show.
So how about a long lost Photo Hunt? #92 Skinny
This one probably isn't too creative, but the leaves on this Crocus were just so skinny! LOL but the picture is pretty.

Dani - don't get discouraged. Next week you will lose more than a pound. sometimes we have to hit little bumps to keep us on track. {{{{{{{[hugs}}}}}}}}
I'm sure next week will be better than this week - and you've done fantastic so far!
1/2 can be not going to the bathroom before deing weighted. It can also be muscle gain if you have been exercising. Maybe next week you will loose a whole pound ;-)
Hang in there Dani - it's never a steady downward slope, but stick with it and you'll definitely get there in the end!!
{{{SINGING}}}Just keep going, going, going....Just keep going, going, going. {{{Ok, stop singing now}}}
I've found that weightloss is a lot like dancing, two steps forward one step back....but in the end you are where you want to be!
You'll do it. One half pound can turn into 2 lost this week. Don't worry.
1.2 lb gain here baby! It is what it is and it happens but try not to be discouraged.
.5 of a pound isn't really much, I know you are disappointed but... Could be that time of the month? Could be you had a glass of water on the way to WW? So many things it coulde be. Next week will be better, you'll see!
Not sure if you've ever done WW in the past. Sometimes in my experience the week following a gain, if I continued on plan, I'd see a loss, sometimes a big one, sometimes not. Keep plugging away! Remember this is more about the journey than each individual weigh in. I'm sure you learned something from this WI, then nothing lost!
Hang in there, and think in terms of the long term! :)
You will get your 10lbs loss :-) Sometimes it is necessary to fuel up to go faster afterwards. Ann.
I'm sure this week you'll lose not only 1 but 2 lb :)
Dani, it's just a bump! A little bump won't throw you off course. :-)
Dani, don't be dissapointed! It's a little setback that you are going to power through! You are doing great!
