As usual I severely underestimate how long something is going to take me to stitch... Especially as this is a Teresa Wentzler!
Just this morning, I finished the border, except for the beads! Those come last of course!
Today I move onto the center of the design, all just straight backstitching. Well for a TW it is.

Stunning! As I said on FB, I thought you had put quilted cotton round the design it is so heavily stitched.
A real labour of love.
Dani, this is an absolute masterpiece--I can't even imagine how many hours you've put into it! Really, really lovely :)
Beautiful, simply beautiful!

So pleased I popped in to see this...
Thank You

TW's are major big pieces to work. This is beautiful and something Zachary's parents can cherish forever. Really beautiful.
That is just exquisite. the details are so elegant, just what you'd expect from a TW chart. Beautiful work.
It is looking amazing! Can't wait to see all the bs done!

I agree with the Masterpiece comment! This is truly a work of art, and you are doing a fabulous job!
Gorgeous work Dani! I am sure that Claire will just love it!
Those TW's are really intimidating to me. Yours looks beautiful. That's a ton of stitching time you've logged!
It's beautiful!
It looks great keep up all of your hard work stitching!
Well it's taking you a lot less time than it did me (5 years... not full time, but I couldn't have coped with that). It looks wonderful!
Gorgeous, I'm sure you will complete it in time. Fingers crossed. :)
Wonderful work! :)
