Months Of Silence

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I've recently received a few comments lately on my last post which was the end of July asking if I was alright, and a few e-mail as well.  I wonder if at this point after so many months if I have any followers left.  I haven't planned on abandoning this blog, it would be such a shame as I was one of the early bloggers in the stitching community.  I also think of all the time, effort and heart that has gone into creating and sharing this blog.  I just lost the desire to blog for awhile, however my stitchy-bug was not affected at all I've got quite a bit of stitching to share with you from the last months.

In my last post from July I was working on Lizzie Kate's Be Naughty

Welcome back. I have definitely missed your cheery "face". make that posts. I'm happy to know that no major mishap has happened to you.
For the future think micro-posts. Maybe that will help you get over the idea of writing.

Holy smokes - you weren't kidding when you said you'd been busy! Your finishes are lovely, and Traveller is breathtaking! I love your blog, you changed my life because your writing inspired me to take up "running" (or whatever the word is for what I'm doing out there, lol), so I'd shed a tear for sure if it was all over. Have a Happy New Year and take care of yourself!

Dani,
All of your finishes are beautiful. Your stitching is gorgeous. I'm glad you are okay. I got bored with stitching and blogging. I even went so far as to delete my blog and start one on Wordpress. I have a new blog and now gettting into knitting. I'm going to stick around for awhile.

Dani, oh welcome back, my dear. I hope that you do not abandon your blog as I always enjoy my visits with you. What a fantastic showcase of your stitching over the second half of last year. Every piece is so gorgeous, but I have to say that The Fortunate Traveller is my absolute favourite - such a wonderful accomplishment. Have a great 2016, hugs, Kaye
