Not Much

Not much, that's exactly what's been going on... thus this post's title. After having much to share with you or tell you over the last while I feel like now there's nothing!

I have been working away on Pomegranates and Pears as usual. Still addicted to it and here's where it stands as of quitting time tonight.

Weigh in last night was needless to say disappointing, especially how active I was last week with a day of hiking and Sunday's 5K run. I gained half a pound. I've had this happen before and its frustrating... where I've had an active week and either I've had no loss or a slight gain. I know there's a number of factors that can make things like this happen... muscle weighs more than fat. I could have gained muscle this week. It is possible despite being active, I didn't fuel my body enough. Hormones can affect your weight loss, sodium intake, water. Oh so many factors that makes this journey a little frustrating some weeks! Hopefully my active week will be reflected at the scales next week!

Great progress on the P&P! It truly is a lovely project.

Don't be too frustrated on the weight front - half a pound is very little, and I'm sure it falls in the uncertainty bar generated by all those factors you mention.

P&P is soooo pretty!
1/2 a pound at this point is not bad! As you say It could and probably is Muscle. I think you have done SOOOOO well. Don't be too discouraged.

you are doing great on the progress. I wouldn't worry to much about the weight gain. if you were active it is probably muscle and you are better off checking your inches than lbs.

It is disappointing when that happens, but the great thing is that you're not giving up!

Lovely progress on your WIP too.

Gorgeous project on Pomegranates and Pears! You've made such great progress in your weight loss - I know it's frustrating to not have a great week, but you have a lot to be proud of.

Just had a look at your models in A Needle Pulling Thread. They looked great, but who would expect anything less. lol

Keep it up Dani - and when you get frustrated, just look at the big picture, the overall downward trend - you are doing amazing!

Pomegranates, I really must put this on my wishlist ;)

It is very beautifull. It makes me want to stitch a Jeannette Douglas design too.

What do you mean, not much??? All that fiddly stitching is a LOT in my book. As for the other you're right on. Tons of factors... but you didn't mention the weight of all our proud-of-yous... I'm sure they weigh several ounces each ;-)
