AAAaaarrrrghhhhhh!

Well the scale didn't move this week. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever reach Weight Watcher's idea of "goal weight".

Do NOT be disheartened. Your body is re-adjusting itself and you will find that before too long your goal weight will be just a celery-stick away!!!
Keep up the good work!

Give that scale next time a good kick from me. It's simply one annoying scale that tries to tease you to no end...lol.
And I think Bronny is quite right and on the point.

These plateau phases are sometimes very long. But in the end it will happen.

You will get there, I am certain. PL is looking great, not too much more to do!!

You will, you've already accomplished so much - give your body a little time to adjust.

You'll get there. I remember it took my sister for what seemed like forever to reach those last pounds. Tell them to get a new scale! LOL

I'll happen for you. It may be later rather than sooner, but it will happen. :)

You will get to your goal weight Dani...at the end it's always harder to lose the last few. Hang in there!

You will make it...I just know you will. It's the last few that give the hardest time I think! Hang in there!

You should get to choose your goal weight. But if you find yourself avoiding the scale (and meetings) tell them you want to do maintenance. My sister got within 5 lbs and sort of left the program. The second time she went on maintenance and lost the extra five pounds later. Make the program work for you!

Hey now, skinny girl, chin up. That ole scale will move when it wants to. In the mean time, stitch with enthusiasm :)
