Yay! I just put in the last bits of BS (not that there was a lot of it) in on Chrisanne's Band RR. This will be it for at least a few days... maybe a week when one of the Neighbourhood RR's get here.
Chrisanne's theme was Floral ... so I dug through my magazine and found an Apple Blossom chart. I used my computer to print out a chart of the reverse so I could stitch two of them curving in opposite directions. To fill things in I added some garden critters.

I like how your band turned out. Supreme Sultan is...well...supreme!
That RR is looking great. I love your Iris's. I mine have already bloomed and dies :( Can't wait to see the Sub finish, it's cute. Ranae
Very pretty, I like the cute little butterfly and bee in it. How did you use your computer to reverse the design? I have a couple of patterns that are small that I'd like to do that to, but I didn't know that a computer could somehow reverse the image. Is it a special program?

OH man !!! I love that Iris. The RR Band is really pretty. I love the little bee.
I like your choice for the RR. That bee is cute!

The sultan RULES! What a stunning bloom!
The RR turned out wonderful as well.
Wow - I didn't know you could get a computer program to make a mirror image of a pattern. I've always made myself half blind and quite dizzy by just stitching the same pattern 'backwards'. LOL!
That iris is incredible!
Gorgeous iris, Dani! And very lovely work on the RR.
Hi, Dani. I can't believe your iris pic. I'd love to paint it with all its richness in color. I agree with Barbara...didn't know you could computer reverse the sides like that. My mind would be twisted!! Like it's not already!! LOL
Hugs,
Deb
Hey Dani, great RR stitching and its lovely to see your flower pics, especially when there's nothing in my garden :)
Great job, it's lovely.
I just wanted to stop by and say thanks for the tip you left me about replacing French knots with colonial knots. It worked out great! :D
Love the design you chose for the RR and your iris is stunning.
Joanne
