Darn it! Still Not Finished!

I pulled out PL tonight, but didn't get in as much stitching time as I had hoped. I napped in my stitching chair for about 30 minutes and talked to my Mum on the phone THREE times! LOL! So I'm still not done that huge motif. Oh well, there's always next week!

You have a good eye and your photos show a lot of promise. The rest is just practice. My husband has been shooting since the '70s (and taking classes). He started with a view camera, took a million rolls of film, and has been completely digital for a couple of years now. He also has an MFA in Photography -- definitely overeducated!

It happens to me sometimes: want to stitch but has to do stuffs that take forever and keep me away from my needle ...

This just means you get to spend one more week with this piece. Looking forward to next weeks update pic.

Oh my! The blue floss you're using is just gorgeous!!! If you can't find a wall to hang it once completed, please allow me to offer one of mine! : )

LOL - glad to hear I'm not the only one who has put down her stitching to nap in her stitching chair! Your Long Dong is turning out beautiful!!

It's just plain gorgeous Dani, I can't see how you resist working on it every day! Especially since I have seen it in person I know it's more amazing than the photo shows. I am working on my CDC tonight, pics by Sunday I hope!

Hi Dani,

It's been awhile since I've commented on your blog. Please forgive me. I see you've been really busy, as usual, with your stitching rotation.

Congratulations on the finish of the Mini Spanish Cottages. It's so cute, and I love the effect of movement that you get with these designs. I don't know, but I think of windy days when I look at Michael Powell designs.

I loved reading your Meme of Seven answers. Hmm...I've been to a number of Star Trek, and SciFi conventions myself over the years.
Were the ones you went to all in the Ottawa area? So here's my question: Which incarnation of Star Trek is your favourite???

Paradigm Lost is so beautiful and I really love the shade of blue that you're stitching it with. It looks really nice on the fabric you're using.

Wasn't it great to have a long weekend in February? I've actually taken the whole week off work, and I think I'll be having a jammie day tomorrow. I love being home. Especially during cold winter days, like we've been having.

Sorry to read that your migraines are giving you grief again. How awful that you had them at such a young age too.

Take care.

PL is coming along nicely.

I got about as much done on my CdC as you did on Pl and for the same reasons! My Mom only called twice though. It was just one of those nights when the phone never stopped ringing.
