Old Photo Hunt : #124 Beautiful

I had a great weigh in tonight at Weight Watchers, I lost 2 lbs this week! Yay! I am so motivated now with each pound loss I see this as one pound closer to goal. Over the last few months I've slowly started doing some running on my treadmill. Tonight I managed to do 2.5 KM in 35 minutes! Now 26 of that was running and 10 walking, the first 20 minutes of running I did without a walk-break. Slowly I'm getting closer to being able to run 5K! You know, I'm thinking if I can run, I should be able to slowly re-introduce Taekwon-Do right? I'm going to ask my specialist in a few weeks when I see him next.

Since I have no stitching to share I've got another PhotoHunt to entertain you! This is a slightly older hunt with a theme of Beautiful

This is a door I found while walking about in Old Montreal last September. When you walk around this world with a camera, you can start to see the world in a new way and discover the beauty in the most mundane things. The wood used for this door is just gorgeous!

That is one lovely photo ... simple, clean, elegant lines ... I love architectural details ... they make some of the most interesting photos.

Glad to see your weight loss program is going well but I believe I gained the 2 lbs you lost although I have been behaving very well for the past week. I'll say DRAT but I'm thinking something much more earthy.

Congrats on the weight loss. You are inspiring.

I love the door. It looks like some ancient craftsman took a slice out of a huge, old tree.

Congratulations on another great weigh in, you're doing fantastic. Sounds like you're doing well on the exercise too. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get the all clear to get back into your Taekwon-do. Lovely finish earlier on the RR, your square looked so pretty.
