Getting Good At...

Maintaining... yup! You guessed it, yet again no movement on the scale! So I guess I'm really good at maintaining my weight when that's not what I'm trying to do. I can't really complain, because it was a long weekend and I wasn't so strict with my food choices, and I hadn't really exercised much in the last week. Oh well, try, try again!

I had a little happy dance yesterday, three of four (in Borg right?)... ornaments that is. Here's another letter from the Red Threads Series.

Letter "C" - Red Threads
c2002 Rosewood Manor
Stitched on : Mystery fabric
Stitched with : Needle Necessities #139

Also here's my progress on Blackstone Fantasy Garden, I'm filling in all the green knotwork right now.

The loss will probably come when you least expect it. Hang in there! The Fantasy Garden looks awesome. I need to work on another BAP soon. I haven't done one in a while and I'm feeling a withdrawl. Maybe a Mirabilia will fix that?

Maintain is better than a gain! It will happen..patience...
BFG is ticking along quickly now that you have all those lines in there!

Awww....I know how frustrating it can be when you try to loose weight but you're stuck. These so called plateaus can be REALLY annoying.
Your finish is gorgeous. Love it. And your progress on your Garden is fantastic.

BFG is looking good ... as to the weight issue, just keep thinking about how far you have come ... the last few pounds will be shed soon enough. One thing I learned from the newsletter my health insurance company sends is that eating papaya can help jump start weight loss when you hit a plateau ... it has to do with the enzyme papein [found only in papaya] which adjusts your metabolism and helps with the lower intestinal tract functions. I am learning to love papaya ... the taste if not the price.

Maintaining is good. Maintaining can be your friend. Not as good a friend as stitching though :)

Congrats on the accomplishments.

Maintaining one's weight is not the worst thing to do. In fact it's basical after losing so much weight as you were doing.
Your progress picture is gorgeous.

I love BFG, if I had more time I would stitch it too :). The Red Thread Letters are great don't you think? I have used them several times now and just love how they look.
And good luck on the weight loss, been there, done that, still doing it, it's always a battle. I really admire what you have accomplished so far.

You hang in there with the weightloss, the last pounds are the hardest.

Fantasy Garden is looking so pretty, I love that design. Glad you had such fun with your stitching day, sounds like you had a full house and lots of stitching to admire. Hang in there with weightwatchers, although it must be terribly frustrating you've done so well I'm sure all of a sudden you'll see the drop you want.
