This past July I went to Charleston, S.C. to visit my best friend from high school. We spent the good part of a day walking around the historic areas of Charleston. I have to say that there were a lot of fascinating doors and doorways there... which happens to be something I like to photograph. This door had a very majestic lion for a door knocker.

Charlston does have some amazing doorways ~ I could wander all day!
