Another April Ornament (HD# 17), More Stash & More Waiting

I felt it was time for another Happy Dance, and since we know that Noah's Sub is nowhere near being finished... I started an Ornament! This is Kathy's selection from the ornament RR I'm in... and the last one! I'm hoping to get into another ornament RR, but the organizer needs to get things going.

Peace On Earth
JBW Designs
2006 Just Cross Stitch Ornament Issue
Stitched on : Mystery Fabric
Using : GAST & DMC

I got more stash today! My Easter weekend order from Stitching Bits & Bobs finally arrived! I ordered a full yard of 32ct Queen Ann's Lace Joblean by Wichelt, JBW Designs French Country Cat, Paradigm Lost, and Piecemaker Needles. Right away I cut my fabric for Paradigm and tucked it away... there was just enough left from the yard for my Neighbourhood RR that's going to start on June 1st.

I'm still waiting on a biopsy date. Today I harassed my Dr's office twice and called the Breast Health Center at the hospital and left a message. I'll call again tomorrow. Today I felt rather depressed and I got a pretty nasty headache.

Keep on harrassing!!!

Now on a lighter note...I love piecemaker needles...what is it about them?! I don't know...but I don't even want to put needle to fabric if the needle ain't a piecemaker :) LOL!
I love the French Country Cat and Paradigm Lost :) Good One!
PLUS your fabric...Queen Ann's lace is a super choice! AND I think I found the pattern for your RR!!!!
Still praying and thinking daily of you! Hang in there :)

Dani,
I'm so sorry you're feeling down. It's normal and I'm glad you're able to share with those of us who really care about you. Please feel free to email me anytime. It helps to know you have friends on your side.
Your little ornie is so darling, and I'm happy you finally got your stash in. Bits and Bobs doesn't seem to be the fastest in getting orders to us...but I like them just the same. Your Queen Anne's Lace is a beautiful fabric.
Thanks for always visiting me at my blog, Dani!!!
Hugs,
Deb

Love it! Gee, why didn't I notice that before? Now I'm going to have to add it to my too do list.

When I went throught the Breast Health Center here it took about 2 months to get in (I think I may have rescheduled once though) and then less than a month for the surgery to be scheduled from there, if that's any help. Mind you I was uncomfortable with the twit I ended up with and waited to be referred. I should have asked for both a referral to the highly recommended surgeon and the BH clinic and taken my pick but hindsight is 20/20. :)

Very cute ornament, the little bird is so delicate. Nice stash too. I don't have the Cat yet, but I do have the pumpkin and the rooster by them.

Sorry your doctor is being so slow to respond and set something up. Sending continued prayers and warm thoughts your way.
