Catching Up on Phot Hunts

I've not been blogging much lately and I apologize... I don't think I've been myself lately, at least my Mum says I haven't been. There's been the usual end of school year chaos which this year has stressed me out to the point of really bad migraines. And well there's other stuff going on too that is personal and I'll just keep to myself (nothing serious folks). So stitching time has been a challenge... but I do get a little in now and then.

#60 - Art

This is a close up of one of the stone posts of the center gates at Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. There is some amazing detail if you care to look closely... like these Calla Lillies

#61 Shoes

Hmmm this was a tough one... shoes aren't really something I think of. For me they're functional and comfortable. So here I found some shoes in this picture of a breed of Pheasant I took a picture of in the Aviary at the San Diego Zoo.

#62 Hair

Another one I had to search for... I came up with this. A picture of my Nephew from back in December of last year, in desperate need for a haircut!

Thanks for your comment, Dani. Plantar Facititis (sp?) is what I think I have. The shot took I'd say about 85% of the pain away. I still have almost as much pain as usual at the end of my work day, but it is a real improvement over what I did have.

I hope you get to feeling better soon. Maybe after all the chaos in your life settles down some you will be better. If not, come and spend some time with me here at the beach, I'll cheer you up!

The carving of the Calla Lilies is beautiful. Hope the things that are causing the stress settle down soon so things are calmer for you and then your migranes can decrease as well. Take care of yourself.

My favorite picture is the one of the Calla Lillies on Parliament Hill. A bit nostalgic for me and all my Canadian years.

Hope your migraines clear up soon so that you can enjoy summer.

I think you just need some stitching therapy to help relieve some stress!

If you can hang on until the 21/22 of July, maybe you and your other half would like to come to the lake and relax with us! Let me know (that is the first weekend that my DH is off after my brother's wedding!).
