Hmmm well, the scale didn't budge at all for me this week! Argh! Not even a point of a pound, how frustrating! This is two weeks in a row now that the scale hasn't budged, I've not lost any weight since December 30th. Aargh, and double argh!!! Which depending on the day affects my resolve and determination. I was weak tonight, I didn't make it to the gym and boy did I have chocolate. Triple Argh! I think January, mentally is a really tough month for me and I don't know why. I have to push myself to go work out, push myself to make the right food choices.
I just have to just push through this.
To liven things up.... how about a Photo Hunt? This is number 138 - Metal
This is a cast iron fence (I think these are pretty cool) around a monument in Old Montreal

Sorry to hear about your STS! This could be a STS in preparation for a big loss next week!
Love the pic.
Just don't get to frustrated with it! Like Tammy said you could be leading up to a big loss!
Awww...don't get too frustrated. I agree that January is hard. Post Holidays and the cold weather makes it hard to get out to the gym and be active. I know that's my problem and it's a lot warmer here than in Canada!
DOn't give up, you know usually you loose 2 lbs after that. Don't give up the gym, you need to keep moving to help loose those extra pounds ;-)
I would think that perhaps...looking at your column of losses...that a plateau isn't far off from being correct. January is a hard month, its dark, its cold and its hard to push through...but you will do it! And be the better for it! You look fabulous now, and I know that you'll look even more fabulous if that is possible in the near future :)
Hi Dani, I just re-discovered your blog through Lee's -- I'm a WW member too, and I have been there --argh! When I hit a plateau I usually know why but sometimes I'll talk to the leader and she'll suggest something different. Plenty of water, increase in excercise... sometimes I find it helps to change my meals, too. I get stuck in a rut eating the same things and I think my metabolism adjusts. You are very inspiring - stick with it!
Dani thanks for your blog, it is my strong inspiraciĆ³n.I get up every day thinking about all the weight you've lost and I also have the potential to achieve, so I pick my bag and go to gym a couple of hours and control my food.
Do not be discouraged because the other side of the pond you say that those getting your goal step by step.
Many kisses.
And happy embroidery
Dani-try to eat different foods and do different exercises-your body will be shocked into losing when you're doing something different. I know this helps me out.

Darn plateaus!! That scale will move next week...I betcha'!!
Love the fence. Would like that in our yard!
Hey, go to my blog..you have another award:) Yeah, I know...probably your millioneth one!
That is a great photo....I too love wrought iron.
Hey good to hear you are planning Fla. That will be great for you!
Sorry to hear that there is a plateau.
I only lost 1 lb. since the New Year. By the way -9.05 so far.It must be the weather. We need to hord our fat to keep warm. You'll be fine you'll see. Hang in there. You look so gooood!
Dani, Do you have access to WeightWatchers online? I read some articles there, and they have some great ideas to break that plateau.
I know you probably don't want to hear this, but the main thing they pointed out was that you need to really get on counting your points right down to the very last one. Also, they suggest stepping up the excercise. Yuck! I say...
I know I am just a new-bie to this (again...I have been on WW many times through the years, but I hope that you can get some relief in this. I know it's gotta be frustrating.
I have to get myself on track every day. I slip all the time. I did today in fact and I am blaming it on being sick. I should just blame my motivation!
Sorry I went on so long! OH! And thanks for the tip on putting my weight loss counts on my side bar!
Oh Dani you have lost such a lot of weight now that maybe you have just reached the stage where your body needs to be. Not everyone can be a twig and what a sad world it would be if everyone was. At the end of the day its the person in side that matters and you are lovely and slim now so maybe you should just be happy to maintain the weight you have reached.
Having to face the cold weather when you go out won't help - it puts me right off. Keep going with the WW/exercise regime - you are doing so well! :0)
